WOODLAKE NATURE CENTER in Richfield, Minnesota, is the proud home of the BILL CARLSON MEMORIAL WATERFALL GARDEN.

BILL CARLSON, beloved WCCO TV news anchor and reporter for over 50 years, lost his battle to cancer in February 2008.

The BILL CARLSON MEMORIAL WATERFALL GARDEN is the first thing that greets visitors as they enter the center.  It is a beautiful, meditative spot, available to nurture the animals who live there, and the humans who visit.
